Really, you sound exactly like your typical miserable rude dealer, with a helping of pig headed ignorance on the side.

"As far as an in-depth description is concerned I am not going to mess around by trying to describe every single nut and bolt to cater for the pedantic natured amongst us"

"Personally I like a classic to look used as opposed to a trailer queen but I appreciate we all have our differences."

A pile of shit then.

What a cock-end.

I clocked that listing in one of my searches. He wants a £500 non-refundable deposit from the lucky winner. Nothing wrong with asking for a deposit I suppose, but it invariably puts me off.

Usually they do that because what they are selling is a steaming pile of shit and the would-be buyer should be the one asking for a deposit to cover the inevitable wasted journey to view it.

Aye. I suspect a bit of shill bidding going on too, bumping it up to near the reserve.

Now this is an interesting vehicle with those modifications. I would love to know the reason for the extra battery. Most interesting.

I do like single-tone PBs with plain hubcaps, very appealing! I guess the twin batteries may have had something to do with a combination of a relatively high-compression straight 6 and auto box giving rise to harder cold starts and inability to push start or handle-crank. Nice car, though, and with one of the proper 1963 A-reg issues, in this case Middlesex C.C.

"Will sell at market prices".

I thought this was the price on the listing, but it isn't.

Whoever did it was serious about using it because there are a couple of other useful modifications like an engine bay light. I bet there are more gadgets too.

Cannot make any sense of the description, but it does lend weight to my idea of most Yank owners in this country being deluded retards.
