Fucking VAG and their rip off prices. The robbing cunts started TPS which they say you have to use rather than your local dealer. They make up all this shit that it gives trade buyers better discount. Complete bullshit they work it out on your monthly spend with them. Most small garages that do pretty much all makes will rarely spend more than £100 a month if that. I spend as little as possible because they only give me a massive 2% discount even on fast moving parts. I would actually lose money on buying parts from them if my customers pay by card as the card companies charge 2.5% fee's. I can buy from my local dealer however they can't deliver, but will give me a decent discount (usually a minimum of 10%)

I worked for a family run VAG dealer and we had a good number selling parts to the other smaller garages. VAG took it off us, to give the national dealer group TPS unhindered by competition and obliterated our business. I bet they lost a load of business to Euro as well.

Audi didn't do too bad considering the size and the amount of stuff they packed in.
