Re: The camping and caravan thread
I love the flowers and the ship's wheel on the back. Getting in and out looks as if it might be a challenge - it certainly wouldn't suit our dog. Also would be interesting trying to attach an awning to the fucker.
The rear lights are exactly the same as my caravan though.

Re: The camping and caravan thread
I've seen caravans on back of chassis cabs and some actually look half decent.

I like the stealth route too. A plain white van with nothing to distinguish it outside. Even go as far as getting a delivery company name made up for ultimate stealth.

Well I don't know if it's still around, but 4 years ago it was spotted. Still might have burnt to a cinder since then.LynehamHerc wrote: ↑Sun Oct 30, 2022 1:13 pmProbably sold for megabucks to convert into a hipster coffee or artisan food van.Eddie Honda wrote: ↑Sun Oct 30, 2022 12:56 pm
Haven't seen this for years. Maybe it went up in smoke?

Oh, and if you're going to tow a caravan, do it with a decent car......

Re: The camping and caravan thread
Spent many a childhood holiday in a red Volvo 240 GLT estate, beige 245 2.1 or 740 GLE Estate lugging around a caravan with 5 kids,2 adults and 2 dogs in it. Nowadays though them Volvo's look small against a modern small car.
